Well connected in the Davis community
We reached out to several agents while home shopping in Davis remotely from Boston. Lori was by far the most professional and responsive of the agents we interviewed. She is well connected in the Davis community and was able to help us learn about properties before they arrived in MLS – we found this to be very valuable in a hot market.
She was also able to visit properties on our behalf very quickly after we expressed interest and provided useful insights on each, offering up her knowledge of the area, but also of property quality.
Although we weren’t able to make a purchase in Davis given out very tight timeline, we plan to make a second attempt in the future. When we do, we’ll be reaching back out to Lori. Aaron S.

Everything you hope your Realtor® would be!
During the summer of 2020; that is, during the Covid-19 pandemic, we bought a house in Davis, California in order to move nearer children and grandchildren. We live in Tucson and could only "see" the house via a video tour that Lori conducted for us. In other words, we bought the house without ever laying eyeballs on it. We trusted Lori who was very skillful at getting us to evaluate the pros and cons of this purchase. I cannot heap enough praise on Lori's skills, integrity, and personality. Not enough superlatives!
Lori has assisted me in the sale and purchase of three different homes. There are not enough superlatives to describe Lori’s professionalism, efficiency, diligence and empathy. When I was ready to sell my last home and purchase the next one, Lori’s knowledge of the market in my area and confidence in pricing my house appropriately, helped me to net much more money on my sale than I anticipated. Coming into the Woodland/Davis area you want an experienced agent. Jamie was WONDERFUL! She is a native and knows the area. We were pretty much sold on another house in another locale.
